Returns & Exchanges

At clé tile, we take pride in the artisanal nature of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns on most standard items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery, subject to a restocking fee.

Return Process

  Review Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original, unopened packaging and meet our minimum quantity requirements for returns. Please note that custom orders and final sale items are non-returnable.

  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns will not be accepted at our warehouse without this prior documentation.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your tiles on a pallet or in reinforced boxes to prevent breakage during transit. You are responsible for arranging and paying for return freight shipping.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the shipment for damage and confirms the quantity, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus a 25% restocking fee.
